Three stages in series: an intake pre-filter traps overspray droplets, an activated-carbon layer adsorbs solvent VOCs, and a final particulate filter catches what remains. Air enters through the intake filters and leaves by the exhaust circuit, which is sized separately from the inflation blowers.

Sewinfla's standard catalog runs from about 11 x 8 x 7 ft — a garage-sized booth for parts and motorcycles — up to 56 x 25 x 20 ft, and custom builds have been delivered at 90 ft. Sizes are quoted as external dimensions and are approximate: an inflatable booth is a stitched fabric structure, so measured dimensions vary with air pressure and standing conditions, and the product as received prevails.
No — they are two separate circuits. The inflation blower holds the walls up on positive pressure; the exhaust fan moves air out through the filters. The exhaust side is the regulated one: OSHA 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i) requires that during spraying the average air velocity be not less than 100 linear feet per minute over the open face of the booth or across the booth cross-section.

The federal floor for booth filtration is 40 CFR 63.11173(e)(2)(i), which requires filters demonstrated to achieve at least 98 percent capture of paint overspray by a procedure consistent with ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2017 — the published test that produces a MERV rating.
210D or 420D Oxford weave with a PVC coating, joined with double-stitched seams. Fabric performance is stated against published test methods rather than an adjective — NFPA 701 for flame propagation in textiles, and the ASTM coated-fabric battery: D751, D5034 and D2261, with fabric weight quoted in denier (a defined unit) per ASTM D1577. Naming a test method is not a certification, and no certification is claimed.
